The Muffs / Money
Reunion Show 2005
The
bands The Muffs and later Money were staples of the Central
Ohio music scene for over a decade. On Thanksgiving weekend of 2005, they
reunited for one night of favorites taken from both bands. For anyone
who followed the bands closely it was a special night as the music and
the memories came flooding back. On stage that night were Tom Weisend
(guitar), John Durzo (bass), Rick Hall (drums), Neil
Andrews (keyboards) and a special appearance was also made by Muffs
keyboardist Richard Bradburn. Former Muffs singer Steve Sines was
not able to be part of the reunion, but the spirit of the music went on
just the same. Tom took time between songs to comment about the people,
places and events close to the band over of the past 20+ years which really
helped reconnect with the fans.
